Be You Daily — Data Deletion

Be You Daily is a mental wellness application provided by Foothills Counseling, LLC.
How Be You Daily Stores Your Information
The current version of Be You Daily does not require a user account. Information you choose to save in the app is designed to be stored locally on your device rather than in a Be You Daily cloud account.
This may include:
• Selected support areas and preferences
• Teen or Adult content preference
• Reminder preferences
• Saved favorites and coping tools
• Mood check-ins
• Trusted-contact information
• Information entered into your personal support plan
How to Delete Your Information
You can delete information stored by Be You Daily directly from the app.
Open Be You Daily → Settings & Privacy → Clear All Local Data and confirm that you want to clear the information stored by the app.
You may also remove locally stored application information by uninstalling Be You Daily, subject to how your device and operating system handle application data.
No Be You Daily Cloud Account
The current version of Be You Daily does not provide a cloud-based Be You Daily user account. Because the information described above is designed to remain locally on your device, Foothills Counseling generally does not possess a remote account containing this information to delete on your behalf.
Before Deleting
Clearing locally stored data may permanently remove your saved preferences, favorites, mood check-ins, trusted-contact information, and personal support-plan information from the app.
If you want to retain any information, make sure you have what you need before clearing the app's data.
